Intermach Stationers cc is a small stationery company established in 1987 and is BBEE compliant as a level four contributor.

Company and personal information is gathered through credit application forms and emails. This is stored and secured on premises digitally and in some cases hard copies. No sensitive personal information is gathered. Information is secured by virus protection and a locked cabinet.

All information is private and secured and is not shared with any outside entity unless requested by a client company. Should a company apply for a credit from another company and list us a reference, a request my be made in writing from the proposed creditor and confirmed by our client.

Information is used by invoicing for delivery and account purposes and this is accessed by staff assigned to that job, who have been made aware of POPIA.

No information is shared outside the company.

Information that is no longer current is deleted or shredded.
